​Our esteemed UK client, a prominent global aviation services provider, is actively seeking an Operations Controller committed to delivering exceptional experiences within the realm of private and business aviation. In the role of Operations Officer, you will assume a pivotal position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, engaging with aviation personnel, and ensuring the seamless provision of services. This role reports directly to the Operations Supervisors and entails a demanding focus on customer service, effective communication, and efficient multitasking.

Responsibilities:

- Prioritise the safety of both the team and equipment/assets at all times.

- Deliver unparalleled customer service to clients, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

- Execute wing walking and marshalling duties to guarantee the safety of services.

- Utilise in-house software to manage handling requests, special requirements, and fuelling services.

- Collaborate with the Duty Officer to effectively address customer inquiries, needs, and complaints.

- Operate various office equipment, including air-to-ground radios, GTM systems, and computers.

- Dispense up-to-date airport information to crew and passengers, including weather updates, flight plans, and available services.

- Assist customers with a variety of requests, such as hotel reservations, ground transportation, and local attractions.

- Adhere rigorously to safety regulations, company policies, and guidelines.

- Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated by the Line Manager.

- Follow documented procedures and maintain records related to job performance.

- Exercise a duty of care, understand health and safety responsibilities, and adhere to organisational policies.

Requirements:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong IT skills, encompassing MS Office proficiency and database management.

- Maintaining a consistently professional appearance.

- Possession of a valid full driving license.
