Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the health and social work sectors.
Sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to suitable job vacancies.
Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement.
Providing exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the health and social work sectors, is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
