Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement imaginative, interactive, and inspiring schemes of learning and lessons, ensuring excellent progress and high achievement for all students.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom and academy environment that fosters students' development as learners.
• Plan and prepare effective schemes of learning and lessons.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire, and actively engage students, resulting in outstanding student attainment.
• Utilize regular assessments to monitor progress and set achievable targets.
• Responsively adapt teaching methods based on assessment results and differentiate interventions as necessary.
Skills & Experience:
• Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service.
• Possession of a UK recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience in delivering the subject matter.
• Up-to-date knowledge in the curriculum area.
• Understanding of the strategies required to consistently establish high aspirations and maintain standards of results and behavior.
